Bug Description

If ssh-askpass activates and is waiting for user input, gnome-screensaver doesn't blank and lock the screen.

Assuming a period of idleness that would cause gnome-screensaver to blank and lock, then after the user interacts with ssh-askpass, gnome-screensaver does blank and lock the display.
