Disabling HUD shortcut breaks alt-key based shortcuts

Bug Description

If you disable HUD shortcut through CCSM, all alt-based system shortcuts (alt + tab, alt + f4, etc) stop working.

HUD shortcut is disabled, other shortcuts stay the same.

Effectively, alt button stopped working.
