Ask to choose a place to save read-only files before allowing to edit them

Read-only files are not editable in the latest revision of Scratch (well, should be). Scratch should allow to edit the file, but only after the user chooses a new place to save it.

"Yes" and "No" buttons are a bad idea, according to http://elementaryos.org/docs/human-interface-guidelines/ui-toolkit-elements/windows/dialogs

Sergey I asked to Harvey and to Dan about the InfoBar and they said that it is ok. I also pushed a forgot file which make the NotificationBar working

I agree with Sergey that "Yes" and "No" are not the best button labels. It would be better to have labels that say what they do, such as "Save As..." and "Don't Save" or something similar.
