Bug Description
Since there's a Launchpad user for the Canonical pkgme-service instance, it would be good to have the changelogs generated by it to say that they are from that Launchpad user: https:/
At the very least, this would make the changelogs more precise & more accurate. At best, it would enable some goodness with PPA upload automation.
