Bug Description

Performing the following I get unexpected stderr output:
$ juju bootstrap
$ mkdir -p ~/charms/oneiric
$ charm getall ~/charms/oneiric
...
Pulling charm list from launchpad
/usr/share/charm-tools/scripts/update: 1: cd: can't cd to /home/jamie/charms/oneiric/*
/usr/share/charm-tools/scripts/update: 1: cd: can't cd to /home/jamie/charms/oneiric/*
...

(marking medium as i'm not sure if this is an innocent error msg, or an indication of files about to be unpacked in the wrong place)
