Bug Description
I have Super Q, W, E, R set up to switch to different virtual desktops. When I press one of these combinations the desktop switches correctly but the letter also goes through to the last focused window.
To reproduce:
* Under keyboard settings, assign Super Q,W,E,R to switch to virtual desktop 1-4
* Open xchat
* Ensure the message entry input is focused
* Press Super R to switch to desktop 4
* Switch back to the xchat desktop
* See the letter 'r' in the input box
I see similar on other desktops. I often see the Nautilus search box pop up in the bottom right corner if no other windows are open.
