Changing the HUD shortcut disables all Alt-based combinations

Bug Description
If you change or disable the Alt HUD shortcut using ccsm then all other Alt based key combinations such as Alt-F4 also get disabled.
The same happens if you change Super to something else - all Super based shortcuts including maximise and any launchers get disabled.
