Bug Description

Since today's update to compiz, compiz appears to be leaking control
and alt combo key presses through to the last focused window even if
they key combination is bound to an action in compiz itself.

e.g. I have C-M-<n> (Control-Alt-NUMBER) bound to switch workspace.
If I move to my emacs workspace and hit C-M-<n> a bunch of times, I
switch workspaces, but when I come back to emacs, it's also seen the
C-M-<n> key presses.
