Bug Description

On Unity 3D it seems the HUD is somewhat "connected" to task/window switching. If HUD is disabled, the standard unity task switcher is also disabled. When I initially detected this, I also had the standard unity task switcher disabled and the old "standard" compiz window switcher enabled (also mapped to alt-tab), and this was also affected. With HUD off, neither switcher works. Tested on two different systems; one Sandy Bridge (built in graphics) and one old ATI system. Seems it first appeared on an update two or three days ago.

Not sure if it's related or not, but switching desktops with ctrl-alt-arrows also no longer works.

Switching desktops work again if enabling "Begin viewport switch" with the normal ctrl-alt.
