Bug Description
After I start Chromium with saved pages, google requires me to enter a lot of captcha to see the saved pages.
This is annoying.
1. Open many tabs with google search (and found pages too)
2. exit chromium
3. start chromium
Expected: the pages are restored
Actual: you have to enter a captcha per saved page, *before* you can know what's on that page.
