Selecting running app in launcher moves app not viewport

Bug Description

This does not happen always with all applications but for example in this (thunderbird+mumble) combination. I also saw it with thinderbird+xchat or thunderbird+firefix. I start with each of those in its own desktop (see screenshot 1). Starting in the upper right desktop with mumble being shown. Pressing the thunderbird button in the launcher, I get moved to the first screen (as expexted). But then pressing the mumble button, mumble gets moved to the lower left desktop, partially overlapping with the upper left desktop (see screenshot 2).

Hmm, I can reproduce a similar issue if the Mumble window initially leaks onto another viewspace. I think this is a math question of how much a window belongs to a workspace, not just one of his coordinates.
