Alt-combinations (Alt+Tab, Alt+F2) don't work if "Key to show HUD" is disabled or not set to <Alt>

This bug report is a duplicate of: Bug #945816: [regression] Changing the HUD shortcut disables all Alt-based combinations. And changing the Dash shortcut disables all Super-based shortcuts.. Edit Remove

I've disabled the "Key to show the HUD" setting in CCSM, and accelerators that have "Alt" (Alt+Tab, Alt+F2, for example) don't work anymore.
