Bug Description

Kubuntu Feisty Fawn beta1, installed to external USB hard drive.

Suspend/Resume (to/from RAM) fails on resume because USB drive has been "removed" in software. Console filled with errors such as "rejecting I/O to dead device".

This used to work in previous Kubuntu releases.

Sounds more like the suspend/resume scripts should take core not to remove modules needed for the rootfs on suspend.
