Ella doesn't understand standard command line arguments such as --version and --help.

Yes, it's easy to implement.
I can also implement some code for call Ella directly from an .ella file (right click and then from Gnome or other desktop manager Opne with ...)

rev #115 : added some command line processing.
If you launch Ella from a terminal with -v option, you get version and revision

Added :
-h option some help
-d verbose/debug option (but do nothing for now)

Possibility to automaticcaly open a file py passing a path to a file as parameter
