Do not instantly hide mouse/cursor/pointer

The mouse gets hidden by nikki. This is confusing, as the game starts a a windowed application, surrounded by a - usually - mouse-controlled desktop.

The mouse should be visible while it is moving and if it is on nikki's screen, it should be hidden either
1. after n=1 seconds of not being moved
2. as soon as a key gets pressed

Unfortunately, showing the cursor will result in players assuming that the mouse can be used.

This could be prevented by either or both
1. playing an 'error' sound when a mouse button is pressed
2. displaying a error icon (strike-through mouse and keys with green check mark) in the center of the screen
