no sound kernel 11 and 12

Bug Description

simpley since version 11 and 12 no sound in toshiba laptop, we can go to kernel 10 and all is ok as long as use headphone jack sound is fine. 11 and 12 all dead though it shows that everything is fine with the sound drivers load, asla gui comes up and shows nothing is muted. Just no sound. I thought I read where sound was fixed but not with all of us.
