Bug Description
Desktop entries for applications that run in the terminal, i.e, have Terminal=true set, do not work properly with the launcher. When launched they are grouped with any already application that use the terminal, including gnome-terminal itself.
Step to reproduce:
1. Download nano.desktop (attached) and add it to the launcher.
2. Run gnome-terminal.
3. Run nano from the launcher.
Expected Result: gnome-terminal and nano are shown as having one instance each.
Actual Result: gnome-terminal is shown has having 2 instances and nano as none.
I understand that gnome-terminal is the application that is actually being run in this case, but it ought to be possible to make this function as expected.
