Bug Description

System: Ubuntu 11.10 x86.

Totem selects the English language track and the Russian subtitles automatically when I play any mkv file. My system locale is Russian. Moreover, it doesn't save my new choice when I close and open a file again.
I guess the standard behavior should select the language track matching with system locale and disable subtitles.

May be this problem happens with other file formats too.
