Bug Description
In my home network a used to have my SSID hidden.
With this, knetwork-manager has always been unable to authenticate and/or find the SSID.
When i enabled the SSID broadcast, this problem got solved.
Gnome network manager doesn't have this problem.

I suppose it is a duplicate of bug #422174?
The problem over there is supposed to be fixed in the newest Precise package. It would help us a lot if you could test it using that version and report back whether it (also) fixed your problem.
