[precise][ppa] Super+lens shortcut don't open the dash reliably

Using 5.4.0+bzr2065ubuntu0+654

Pressing Super+A does not always open the Application lens:
  * Pressing Super+A quickly shows dash for a fraction of a second
  * Pressing Super, holding it until the hint panel appears and then pressing A - closes help hint, shows dash for a fraction of a second.
  * Pressing Super, pressing A (dash flickers), pressing A again allows to open the applications lens
