When adding bookmark right alt closes it. So it's impossible to write Polish alphabet letters

After recent updates when i want to add a bookmark and try to name it with Polish alphabet letters using right alt + letter - it closes the bookmark field. So it's impossible to name bookmarks with polish letters for me :/

To reproduce just try to use right alt when editing bookmark. Don't know if it's firefox or ubuntu causing it.

Still seems to be an issue with Firefox 61 (Ubuntu 18.10 dev).

Probably related to upstream bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1146851 which affects the editing of Thunderbird contacts.
