Bug Description

1. Switch to a workspace with a few open windows with different positions
2. Activate the HUD (alt key)
3. Type in an existing command and activate it

Expected result:
The command is being activated.

Actual result:
The command is being activated and all windows on the given workspace are being moved to the top of the screen.

Only their y positions change, x stays the same. I can reproduce it every time.

Unity version: 5.4.0+bzr2064ubuntu0+654

Here's something that I can reproduce every time in my system:

0 - Using the default configuration with 4 workspaces (2x2);
1 - Go to bottom-right workspace, open Empathy, Gwibber and Skype;
2 - Go to the top-left workspace, open Nautilus (or any other application, maybe)
3 - Hit ALT to activate HUD
4 - Either use a command or hit ALT again to cancel HUD (doesn't matter, either way the bug manifests itself)

Result: Skype moves to the top-left workspace, whereas Gwibber and Empathy move to the top-right workspace.
