OK, the bug is that mp3cd doesn't work with SoX 13, but we only have 12.x in feisty. Do we know that it won't break compatibility with 12.x?

+1. On looking at the patch in the debian BTS, it looks like it won't break things, but this update still isn't strictly necessary.
