Sandbox Game Maker requires the download of some non-distributable content. Since the licensing is complex, Ubuntu downloads it from the internet. This error occurs when either sandboxgamemaker.com is down or if the computer is not connected to internet. The debconf questions asks if you want to download content from the internet, if you say "yes" and then can't - then this bug will appear.

solution: if you are not connected to the internet, don't choose to download the content from the internet. If you already chose to download content and no longer want to, use the following to fix the bug:
