Bug Description
It's possible to get HUD for recently closed window - steps to reproduce.
1. Login to unity-2d session, the desktop has to be empty (no windows open on any workspaces).
2. Open 'Sysem Settings' from the Launcher
3. Hit Alt (hud appears)
4. Hit Alt again (hud disappears).
5. Close System Settings Window.
5. Hit Alt (hud for System Settings appears).
6. Type anything in the hud -> Unity-2d shell crashes.
