Moving tabs with drag and drop creates an artifact on the display

Bug Description
If you have two browser windows open and you try to drag a tab from one window to another, sometimes you get a nasty screen artifact that covers the browser window. It is always at the foreground blocking anything until you log out. The artifact is present on all workspaces.
I'll attach a screenshot.
