MMS -My Media System- is an application that manages, displays and plays

Sadly MMS was rejected from passing Debian's NEW ;(

We have to look for excluding some libs (like ffmpeg, etc.) which are included right now ... hope to get that fixed for 1.0.8.x. If not, we sadly have to wait until 1.1.0 is out ...

Pls have a look in my PPA! Packages are there for the gutsy, hardy, intrepid, jaunty. If a Mentor is willing to have a look ?!

1.1.0-final is short before release. We're in a feature freeze and fixing latest bugs atm. ...

That idea is not a good idea ;)

Development of MMS has nearly stopped right now! I'm even having problems packaging it for my PPA cause of missing em8300-headers in Ubuntu/Debian.

As I'm working on the packages since early days, it would be nice to know, what "in progress" means ;)

This package is not in Ubuntu. "In Progress" means that the assigned persion is working on fixing this bug. Have you had any further afforts to package a stable version of mms? I have seen that there is mms-ng? Thank you for your information.
