Empathy cannot be resized to a smaller width.

I see that Empathy defaults to a wide window that cannot be resized to reduce it's width. Please see the screenshot.

Btw, I'm not sure if this is added as a new feature...

Also, mouse over a contact gives a info popup - black bordered box with a white area inside. I see that the info is not visible, as in the screenshot.

Reproducing is easy.

1. launch Empathy.
2. Try to reduce the width of the window.

I'll attach a screenshot of empathy in Ubuntu 11.04 and you'll see the difference.
