Bug Description

The kubuntu installer for 11.10 crashed during grub install. This also happened when I tried to install 12.04.

I should probably note I was trying to install on machine with two raided harddrives.

I manged to successfully install 11.10 by using the alternate install CD and manually specify my raid array for grub installation. It would appear the installer script fails to detect this automatically.
