Unable to scroll in torrent's properties window

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
******************
1. Open the transmission bit torrent client.
2. Add a torrent which has a huge number of files in it, (for example, http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/8013496/Silver_Linings_Playbook_Soundtrack_2012_OST_320kbps_CBR_MP3_%5BVX%5D)
3. Right click on the added torrent and click on Properties.
4. A new Properties window will open. In that open the Files tab.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

The scrollbar on the right of the window to work properly.

REAL BEHAVIOUR
**************
The scrollbar on the right of the window doesn't work properly.
