Bug Description

THIS ERROR COMES UP EVERY TIME THE SYSTEM IS BOOTED UP. JUST AFTER THE DESKTOP SCREEN APPEARS. I HAVE LOADED THE ATI/AMD VIDEO DRIVER, WHICH IS NOW ACTIVATED AND THE ERROR STILL CAME UP.
