Bug Description
Since the current goals of the DCC include at least robust Canadian representation, the advanced search should allow for choice of Province and "postal code." At present they only offer a search by State and Zipcode, which are US-centric.

If country filter is set to Canada, appropriate language is now used for zip/postal code and state/province filters.
