Bug Description

This occurs after installing xserver-xorg-video-omap3 on a BeagleBoard-xM running 12.04 Beta 1+updates. Xorg seems to detect and try to load the omapfb driver, unloads it without specifying any error codes, and then proceeds to use fbdev

It looks like it loads/unloads omapfb several times sometimes specifying that it was already loaded:
(II) Failed to load module "omapfb" (already loaded, -1197656048)

At some point it tells me the following:
[ 4297.213] (II) omapfb: Driver for OMAP framebuffer (omapfb) and external LCD controllers:
 omap1/2/3, S1D13745, HWA742
[ 4297.214] (II) FBDEV: driver for framebuffer: fbdev
[ 4297.214] (++) using VT number 7

[ 4297.214] (WW) Falling back to old probe method for OMAPFB
[ 4297.214] (EE) OMAPFBProbe: Found 0 device sections.

I've attached my entire Xorg.0.log

I'm having the exact same problem with my omapfb, the fbdev drivers worked however. I tried specifying the loading of omapfb in xorg.conf but it still got unloaded.
