Close button protrude on left side

Bug Description

If you look closely to the screen shot which I have attached to the bug, you will find the close button is little bit prodrude to the left side of the red circle. This is only happening when applications are maximized and do not see them when applications are unmaximazed. ( Minmize and maximize buttons are perfectly fine)

This does not have any functionality issue but since I mostly use the close button, it seems little odd to see a uneven red circle.
