Bug Description
On *KUBUNTU* 12.04 BETA1, all my system is in PT-BR, but GIMP is in EN-US
To fix it, is necessary install language-
I believe that is necessary add this dependency on Kubuntu when it is installed in Pt-BR language.

Jonathan, what do you think about making muon (or libqapt if that seems a better fit) language pack aware so that it can drag in packs as part of the depenendencies? Right now one would have to run language-selector independently to get notified about the missing packs, which is rather silly (as is checking for missing packs every once in a while). When installing a piece of software I'd expect it to be fully localized right away.
