Bug Description
If MariaDB installs its copy of HeidiSQL, it wipes all HeidiSQL settings on uninstall, even if official HeidiSQL was installed.
Uninstaller should detect official HeidiSQL installation and leave settings alone in this case. Installer should prevent installing copy of HeidiSQL in case official HeidiSQL is already installed (this worked with HeidiSQL 6.0, but broke with 7.0)
