[apport] kicker crashed with SIGSEGV in TaskContainer::popupMenu()

Binary package hint: kdebase

I think this caused the knetworkmanager to start hiccup. It was unable to finish connecting to a wired connection. This started with a wake up from a suspend. I needed to do a restart to fix the problem

This isn't an issue in Kubuntu Intrepid (8.10) since Kicker is no more. (replaced by Plasma)
