Bug Description

My setup:

I have a laptop display (left) and a second external display (right) connected to my laptop.

Problem:

When disconnecting my external display I tend to close all the windows on the external display and then run "Displays" for the app indicator menu. The windows for this application is usually displayed on the external display. I then select the external display and toggle the "Off" control. The display will blank as I expect however the confirmation dialog to accept the current settings is not shown on the current workspace of the laptop display. The dialog instead jumps to another workspace and focus does not follow the dialog. If I do not quickly change to this workspace and confirm my display change, the timer will expire and revert my settings.

I would expect that the confirmation dialog would appear on my current workspace on what is my primary display.
