Created from bug #906911, related to bug #943890.
Review the existing QA tests for hazard calculators:
* Identify calculators without QA tests
* If no QA test is present, verify whether there is a demo suitable for use as a "smoke test"
* If not QA test and no suitable demo is present, please signal this problem.
* If a QA test is present, verify that it passes and that demos run to completion.
Update bug #943890 and bug #906911 according to findings.
