Bug Description
The web catalog is still using lazr.restfulclient for interactions with SSO, but achuni asked for it to be switched to piston mini-client, as per the other apps.
Just recording thiis as a bug for the kanban/QA.

Spoke to lukasz who pointe out this was for connecting to the RNR instance for reviews. As reviews are still in place I'm going to say this is working on vps and staging
