Bug Description

Binary package hint: gdesklets

I installed gDesklets (using aptitude)
Played around with various desklets for a day with no crashes
I installed deskletradar
I tried running it without the Radar control, then installed the Radar control then re-installed deskletradar
I set the http links for radar images to the weather.com classic radar pages for san antonio I changed the image load period to 3600 secs and left the setting to display all three images. (this could have been before instaling the Radar control, I can't remember)
After having loaded an image ( I think the local image) gDesklets crashed.

Looking at the images in /tmp/.gesklets-radar/* I see that each directory has two. For .../local and .../regional, only one is viewable with gthumb and is about 30kB. The other is about 240 bytes and is not viewable in gthumb. The .../national direcotry has two viewable images of 30kB and 40kB.

For me this doesn't look like a problem in gDesklets. Could be a bad package or broken system/installation.

Is the problem still present (using hardy/gdesklets 0.36). I'm going to close the bug within a week if there's no reply.
