Codec install is failing in Totem

Bug Description

Codec installation is failing with below error message while trying to play a restricted media format ( avi ) with Totem Media Player.

"This error could be caused by required additional software packages which are missing or not installable. Furthermore there could be a conflict between software packages which are not allowed to be installed at the same time."

I have also attached the screen shot of the error message.
