after upgrade logged out and logged in. Then start firefox from the launcher and crash

Bug Description

it started with the lens. when searched for 'soft' the software centre cannot be activated. The icon is highlighted however cannot activate. then tried to opened firefox. open other application ( now firefox is hidden.) click firefox on the launcher and it crashes.

Thanks, but please have a read of the bug reporting guidelines (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs), a link to which is provided on the bug submission form too. In particular, all crash reports must be submitted with a complete stacktrace or the crash ID of the crash report you submitted upstream. This report doesn't contain either, so there isn't much we can do with it
