Add a "Save Details" button to crash report dialog

When there is a crash, a dialog appears that will let you show details about the crash and optionally upload to Launchpad. However, it might be useful to be able to store it locally as well, for instance when you experience a crash on your laptop and you don't have a network connection. This might, for instance, happen if the problem is related to the network. But in any case, being able to save the details would be good.

And this would be useful. if you want to attach those reports to existing bug. Now there doesn't seem to be that possibility.
To do that one needs to access text console (ie alt+ctrl+f1) to be able to save (there keep) the bug report generated by apport-bug.
