Bug Description
When you launch Calc, it takes up full screen (on standard account) and auto-hides the Unity launcher. Calc takes up the entire desktop (on administrator account).
In both cases the close, minimize, maximize buttons of the upper left are missing.
The only way to close the app is /File/Exit.
Writer does not open as maximized or full screen and has the 3 buttons close/min/max. However, if you click on maximize, you lose the 3 buttons and must /File/Exit to close the app.

Cant reproduce this on a fresh precise install. LibreOffice does not and should not open in Fullscreen. And when it is fullscreened via ctrl-shift-j or via menu there is a a popup window with an exit fullscreen button which works, just like using the keybinding again. A maximized window also works as expected with Calc and Writer.
How did you produce the behavior? Does it persist if you move away ~/.libreoffice?
Tested both on current precise with unity and oneiric with fluxbox.
