Bug Description

http://gwenole.beauchesne.info/en/projects/nspluginwrapper

nspluginwrapper is an Open Source compatibility plugin for Netscape 4
(NPAPI) plugins. That is, it enables you to use plugins on platforms
they were not built for. For example, you can use the Adobe Flash plugin
on Linux/x86_64, NetBSD and FreeBSD platforms.

We really need to have this included in the Ubuntu repository.
It would make installation of a flash plugin in AMD-64 systems so much easier.

As of now one has to either compile from source or convert the rpms from the dev's website to debs.

nspluginwrapper is now included in Debian unstable so this should be a sync request bug.

However the package in Debian currently fails to build from source on both sid and gutsy due to a missing build dependency. I have reported this upstream and the sync should probably wait until that bug is closed.

The FTBFS bug is now fixed upstream. 0.9.91.4-2 builds fine in a gutsy pbuilder, please sync.
