Bug Description

Currently to specify a tenant you can use the syntax -U tenant:user when connecting with 2.0 auth servers to a tenant different than the username.

We need to standardize this with the OpenStack standards cli argument :

                [--tenant_name TENANT_NAME] [--tenant_id OS_TENANT_ID]

for specifying a tenant.

This is committed, but for some reason Chmouel used --os_tenant_name, not --tenant_name.
