"Sound Settings" in the applet menu pulls up gnome-control-center, not the sound settings component

The "sound settings" menu item in the bluetooth applet, which should take me directly to the sound settings dialog, instead takes me to the gnome-control-

Actually, no. It looks like the control centre itself is broken. Launching it directly has the same result.
