Hi,

maybe I'm affected, too:

My Ubuntu Server 12.04.1 hangs on EVERY boot at:

==============================

fsck from util-linux 2.20.1
fsck from util-linux 2.20.1
fsck from util-linux 2.20.1
/dev/mapper/VG1-LV--System: clean
/dev/md0: clean
/dev/mapper/VG1-LV--Data: clean

==============================

for about 2-3 minutes.

I cant figure out whats wrong - no errors on syslog, no hard drive action - nothing :(

I've just noticed, that the hang came with 3.2.0-31 (upgrading from -29 which makes no problems during boot). - Whats changed there to bring the system to freeze?
