Bug Description

Scribe 10 in Indiana has Republishing issues. The assertion upgrades from the past do not seem to have taken. No autocrop. The books from Scribe 10 have to be manually pushed from autocrop errors to republish on the dashboard. I ran the karmic upgrade a couple weeks ago..

New hard drive, different motherboard, upgraded RAM, and of course reimaged, karmic upgrade, now Scribe 10 cannot access the republish dashboard and the test item we scanned on 10 showed up as autocrop error, same problem as before all of this!

Tom Keer has fixed this issue;
From Skype; i think a couple packages were missing thats all - python-lxml and nmap
[8:45:43 AM] TOOM: python-lxml missing made autocrop fail
[8:45:57 AM] TOOM: nmap missing made the repub dashboard break

Seems to work now.
